My name is Kristyna and I am the Founder and Director of Empowerment Quest. I provide a High Level Educating and Life Coaching Service. My natural talent, empathy and compassion has had me helping people for years on a personal level and I have since realised this is actually a large part of my personal life purpose. Upon completing my Diploma and training certification, I made the decision to continue this journey on a professional level and step up to the call of people in need of help and assistance. Empowerment Quest now also incorporates my new FKHWE Foundation as well which stands for Freedom, Knowledge, Health, Wealth and Education.

I educate you with certain topics we should have learnt in school growing up but didn't. These include but are not limited to the following:
